Fiesta's are woven so deeply into Spanish culture that Spain would not be Spain without them, again the enthusiasm and effort supplied by the locals to stage a fiesta is overwhelming, their are lots of fiesta's throughout the year and each has a different significance. This is an ideal chance to mingle with the locals, they are very patient and enjoy explaining the significance of the fiesta. Each fiesta often finishes with a spectacular firework display.
