Hello, my name is Brig, and just like you wanted to live in Spain, so from personal experience I know the pros and cons of buying and living in Spain and its because of this personal experience that we decided to set up a business helping others take that step to live in Spain.

We live in a village in the lovely La Safor region of southern Valencia, shown above and having been through the process ourselves we realized that there was a need to provide a complete start to finish package, so that you can buy with confidence knowing that you will be supported throughout your house purchase and during your period of adjustment after moving to Spain. In choosing a property to show you we will take into account the kind of lifestyle you are looking for in Spain as well as your budget. We check out availability and proximity of local schools for families, check whether you want local village life, or the bustling towns offering all amenities in the area. We will take account of traveling distances to airports, amenities, shops and the property access when recommending viewings. We will honestly tell you of negative points as well as positive points when describing the property and let you make your own decision as to what is important in your particular circumstances. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your new life here.

After you have selected the property you want we will introduce you to independent lawyers and tax advisors who have been recommended by other clients and will look after your interests throughout the buying process. We can recommend local trades people that you might need and guide you through the registration processes and other requirements of your move. There is no charge to you for these services.

If we do not have the right property for you on our books, we can offer a search service whereby we look for the property that is right for you via our many contacts in the area and will pass you on to whoever can satisfy your requirements.
